Shipping Policy:

Processing Time:

  • Please allow 3-5 business days for our team to process your order. Orders received after 5 PM ET will be processed on the next business day. 

  • Custom and Commissioned pieces are NOT included in this processing time frame. Custom and Commissioned time frames are discussed and agreed upon before purchase finalization. 

  • For items in high demand, our processing times may be slightly delayed. We appreciate your patience.

Shipping Rates and Estimates:

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Domestic Shipping Options:

    • Standard Shipping (5-7 business days)

    • Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days)

    • Overnight Shipping (1 business day): 

  • International Shipping:

    • We offer international shipping to the following countries ONLY:

      • Canada

      • Mexico

    • International shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on the destination and will be calculated at checkout.

  • If there’s a delay in your order, please check the tracking information provided in your order confirmation email. We cannot be responsible for carrier or customs delays.

  • Once processed, orders shipped within the U.S. typically arrive within 7 business days. International orders typically arrive within 14 business days.

Combined Shipping for Mixed Orders:

  • If your order includes items with both free shipping and paid shipping options, the shipping charge for the entire order will be calculated based on the paid shipping rate. This ensures that all items are shipped together efficiently.

  • Example: If you purchase Item A with free shipping and Item B with a shipping cost of $5.00, your total shipping cost will be $5.00.

Order Tracking:

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

  • You can track your order by visiting the shipping vendor and entering your tracking number there. We ship primarily via:

    • UPS

    • US Postal Service

    • Fes-Ex

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

  • WanderLost Artz ™ is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages and Issues:

  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

  • To report an issue with your order, please contact our customer service team at wanderlostartz@yahoo.com. We respond to all emails within 24 hours.

Returns and Exchanges:

Note:

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct and USPS verified at the time of purchase. WanderLost Artz ™  is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • Addresses can not be changed after purchase is complete on marketplaces Etsy and Amazon Handmade due to logistics on the marketplaces side. If the address is incorrect on these marketplaces, orders may have to be canceled then re-ordered with the correct address.
